Enterprise Architecture

What has Enterprise Architecture got to do with digital transformation? Isn’t digital transformation just about building a website?

Those architects amongst us, will definitely disagree with the last statement. As part of the digital transformation, new capabilities will be identified. These new capabilities need to be mapped out and the associated solutions need to be implemented. Having an Enterprise Architecture is essential for a successful digital transformation. Together with the Service Design skills, Ingeno helps clients to develop Enterprise Architecture to support their digital transformations.

Service Design

All digital transformation starts with customer journeys. Service Design is central to that. At Ingeno, not only do we advise clients on the customer journeys, we also provide views on what those journeys mean in terms of technical implementation. There is little point in defining customer journeys that are too technically complex and expensive to implement.

Product Catalogue & CPQ

Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) is one of the key capabilities that drives the digital sales and order journeys for telecommunications products. The equivalent in other industries is Product Information Management (PIM). In both cases, it is essential to have a single source of truth for product and pricing information.

The other key element driving the digital sales and order journeys is the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution. It enables the users to configure and purchase the product that is in the catalogue.

Ingeno has a track record with successful implementation of EPC and CPQ solutions for telecommunications providers, from fixed lines to satellite services. Our services include:

  • Enterprise data/ information modeling and domain consultancy for products and procing,
  • Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) vendor evaluation for EPC and CPQ solutions and
  • EPC & CPQ implementation consultancy

Vendor Evaluation

With the new capabilities identified, it is likely that new tools will be needed to improve the current customer experience to support the digital transformation. Where would you start?

The framework and expertise developed at Ingeno have successfully helped clients to navigate through this process.
